* Delivery will be free of charge for addresses in Sri Lanka.
Overseas purchases
* Oversees customers can purchase the book for US$ 75 (equivalent to Rs. 24,000).
* Delivery will be through expedited mail service (EMS) to countries where the service is available and by express post to others.
